Facility Rules

Prohibited Items:

• Outside food or drink (except water)
• Gum or sunflower seeds
• Personal Coolers
• No food or beverages are permitted outside of dugouts on playing fields.
• Drugs are strictly prohibited. The law will be enforced.
• Glass bottles or containers are prohibited in the park.
• Scooters, skateboards, bicycles
• Smoking and tobacco products
• Model planes, rockets, firearms, fires, fireworks, flammable liquids, open burning, or use of any device with an open flame will not be allowed unless permit given for special events

General Rules:

• No athletic court or field use without the Facility’s approval.
• Hanging on nets and hanging items on nets is prohibited.
• Parents are never to leave children unattended. Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
• Inappropriate language, actions, comments, sportsmanship, or gestures of any kind, including chanting or cheers deemed inappropriate is prohibited.
• Violent or threatening language, actions, or behavior is prohibited.
• The fields are available for use by reservations only.
• Climbing the fence/netting is prohibited.
• All sports equipment must be lifted when moved. No dragging of equipment is allowed.
• Motor vehicles are not allowed on the field surface.
• There will be no metal spikes allowed on the artificial turf or on portable mounds. Tennis shoes, turf shoes, and molded cleats are acceptable
• Disorderly conduct, physical/verbal assault, obscene behavior, or profane language will not be tolerated.
• No pets allowed on the fields or in the Complex.
• Players, Coaches and Officials only on playing fields on game days.
• No cooking or food preparation is allowed in the park without approval.
• No person shall engage in the sale of merchandise or operate any concessions without prior approval.
• All postings and field markings must be pre-arranged and approved by the Facility
• All participants in any activity at the Facility must sign a waiver
• Private vehicles are prohibited on turf surfaces, sidewalks, service driveways and emergency zones.
• The park may be closed at any time due to safety related concerns.
• Littering and dumping trash are strictly prohibited.
• No loitering or soliciting is allowed at the Facility.
• Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
• Parking lot speed limit is 5 mph.
• Overnight parking is prohibited.
• Handicap parking must be respected. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed at owner’s expense.

NOTES:

*Any person or persons violating the established Rules and Regulations or constituting a public nuisance at minimum will be asked to leave the Facility.
*Misuse of the Facility or failure to abide by rules and regulations shall constitute refusal for future use.
*Licensor has the right to terminate a tournament/event at any time due to violations of rules.
